Dear Sir, Please note that RBL bank given me Loan offer and I accepted and taken Loan of Rs. 200000/- In January 2018. In the month of July 2018 I given preclosure request to RBL customer care and according to them I deposited entire amount. After paying amount I called RBL customer care on 4 Aug 2019 and requested to preclose my Loan No-0007777777774536246. Their Customer Care accepted the payment and given me assurance to close my account. But sir my Loan a/c couldn`t be closed. Again on 09/11/2018 I called customer care to close my loan account and again according to customer care I deposited Rs. 7765/. After paying I called customer care to preclose my loan account. Customer care accepted my request and given me assurance that they have received the payment and they are closing my Loan Account. But again sir RBL bankis demanding more money from Me.Even they are denying to arrange any meeting with me and keep on sending me emails demanding more money. Pls help me sir.
