I have ordered the ikall mobile with 4 gb ram 64 gb memory on 31st may 2020 through shopclues.com and paid 6163 INR. Shopclues confirmed the order and provided a delivery date of 10 Jun 2020, but item didn’t get delivered to me. Then i have called customer care of shopclues for many time they reply me product will deliver on time but toady i have called them then they told no details found for same product After that I have cancelled my order then msg is coming your refund will initiate to 20 jun 2029 and I my money is not refunded and no one from shopclues.com is replying to my mails and query. Please help me get my money back and I was one of the most valuable consumer of shopclues but now I will not buy any thing from same. Please do take some strict action against this dumb company and help me get my koney back. My order id : 185271998 hanks & Regards, Rajani Yadav Pune
