Hello Shopclues & All, My order ID: 92347076, Date: 31,May,2016. Kindly noted I have ordered a product and I received Defect product. Then I have followed step-by-step return process. I called many times to your care number they are again and again communicate to me your location logistic service not available, please arrange a courier service and send the product our address, courier charges & product total amount refund to your bank account. Finally I have arrange a reputed courier service and send my product shopclues address with own expenses and 12.08.2016 already product received to shopclues but till no any refund to me my Money.
