On 18/07/2019 two of my female friends and I took an uber at 9:51pm from park street metro station. As per uber rules, I gave three stops to drop my friends at their respective homes and the final stop was at my house. Again as per the rules I didnot make the driver wait at each stop for more than 2minutes. The amount shown to me as well as to the driver at the end of the trip was INR 542.30. I PAID INR 542 IN CASH TO THE DRIVER. My father was there at the time of payment.The next morning uber notified me that I have a pending charge of INR 317.30 from the aforementioned trip. They are claiming that I didnot pay the driver the full amount. This is an absolutely false allegation on me. I instantly messaged uber customer service and they have not bothered to reply to me and still is showing that I must pay INR 317.30 to book a cab. This is unlawful and fraudulent activity. Please pay heed to this and do the needful.
