I ordered food from Zomato . Order no 1992616840 for Rs. 202.61 & was waiting for my order when I received a notification saying my order has been cancelled reason been my no is not reachable. On contacting Zomato they said if customers no is not reachable they have a policy to cancel the order & will not be refunding the amount & we can write to [email protected] com. On trying the delivery boy he arrogantly says we will not be delivering & Khanna garib ko dege. Zomato should be banned for following such a policy. If the amount is paid, address mention is right & the delivery boys have GPS tracking they cannot deny delivering order with invalid excuses. Earlier the delivery boys used to eat the food on the way by promoting this policy the delivery boys have the right to eat the entire parcel, Zomato service should be banned for following such policy & eating customers hard earned money. They are not delivering food to well known location too by giving such invalid excuses. They are not replying to the mails to for refund request. Corrective action needs to be taken immediately against Zomato. The money deducted from customers need to be refunded.
