Dear team, I booked Zoomcar on April 13, 2019 from Pune. they asked me to pickup the car more than 15km from the location and when i got there to pick up the car, it turned out that the break was not working as it should be since it was making some kind of not-so-normal sound. Zoomcar said that they will be refunding the full amount including the to-and-fro travel charges which were to be submitted within 24 hours. and i was informed by call center team that someone will get in touch to get the bank details. I used ola/uber to travel to the pickup location. so i submitted the ola/uber bills. however, i didn`t receive any feedback on the reimbursement, no one from zoomcar call me and when i am mailing then asking about this refund, i am getting only a generic response (i am attaching here). also, when i am trying to call on their support number, and trying to solve the tricky IVR option to get to a support agent by pressing 6, the call gets disconnected. when the booking was active, i was able to reach them, but now, they are playing some dirty technology trick to keep me out of reaching to an agent. therefore, i am requesting to get my money back of Rs 295 224.58 and also compensate me with the mental agony that i have to face regarding this process thank you Pragyanshu Kumar 91 7710012108 pragyanshu.raghav@gmail.com
