We have opted for Airtel broadband connection of 6months plan. It was working as expected till we shifted our house. We raised a request for broadband shifting also on 18th of April and it was supposed to be closed by 21st of April. Technicians had come to our house on 21st April and did installation but internet was not working . They told that back end support team has to do rest of the work to get working internet and left . It was raining so we gave umbrella thinking that they will come fix the issue next day. But they did not turned up till today . It`s been 6 days and daily we are contacting Airtel customer care but no use. They neither looking into the issue not they are fixing the issue
