My AIRTEL DTH A/C no is 3019223587-001 my plan is that without any information to customers they where change the DTH plan and ever after that complained so many times to there customer care center they don`t change the plan and they dont attend customer in proper way then i put tried to change my plan through there make my own plan scheme on 03/04/2019 DTH TV and i got the confirmation message also but they where charge according to previous plan which costs 480rs monthly any my account balance is finished again on 22/042019 i called them again to there customer care center to change my plan to there minimum plan which costs 153rs approx as there executive told me but when i check my plan today its 280rs that is totally a FRAUD FRAUD AND FRAUD i want my all money back and compensation amount also for harrassment. I will attach a screenshot of there conformation message which they where send me when i put a request to change my plan
