As per TRAI Rules, Consumer can select their own package of Channels. Airtel too has this feature but when i tried selecting my own package , they reject my request again and again. It takes 10-15 minutes to create own package. I tried 15-20 times at several days , but they keep on rejecting. I had created package of 235 rupees and they are charging 375 rupees. Please kindy help me.
