Goibibo - Check in denial by the hotel staff

I booked hotel at kaziranga and guwahati through goibibo. The first one did not even exists and the second one did not find our name in the booking list. They promised to refund the whole amount in the case of kaziranga and partially in the case of huwa hati booking.
