I had paid all amount as per mobile app & requested for foreclose the loan since 11 OCT 2021. No one contact me & I had no idea about his office near about our area. I had sent a mail so the representative were angry & told me Rs. 18000+ whenever it shows in Rs 542 in phonepay. They were not provide any statement after requested in mail. I have no option to close this loan.
