I have booked ticket and saw a cancellation charges del-bkk-del ticket for 2 passengers but now i wanted to refund ticket on friday evening i asked them to refund it was showing till that day on the time of booking cancellation charges was for full sector but they said wait for tommorow.. and on sat they changed all charges on sector bases. And i shared all the proofs on mail to them but they didnt reply. They harrasing me for refund.
