MakeMyTrip did not returned my ticket refund Money to me. Details as below: My air ticket has been cancelled with airline AirAsia as the scheduled flight was cancelled by airline. This ticket had been booked via MakeMyTrip.com by credit card. The full refund has been processed by AirAsia airline and money sent to MakeMyTrip.com. But even after more than a month after this refund reached to MakeMyTrip from airline, that money had still not been returned to me by MakeMyTrip. Ticket details booked on makemytrip as below: Ticket PNR - N3RJMT MakeMytrip booking id - NF20116257532332 Airline - AirAsia Journey from Banglore to Pune. Mode of Payment - Credit Card Total number of passengers - 4 Passenger details -1. Hemant Suryabhan Latare. 2. Madhuri Hemant Latare 3. Yamuna S Latare 4.Meet Latare (child) I have tried to reach MakeMyTrip.com via all possible ways as listed below but no reply from airline in any way. 1. Website - My request cannot be processed on web because this flight is in past date and the correct status of boarding etc. is not available on makemytrip. 2. I tried calling the service centre numbers and talk to the customer care person. But MakeMyTrip is not providing service for any such complaints. Couple of times I tried to reach to their international ticket booking agent (as this is the only service provided on call), and ask for their help to resolve my issue or help raise my complaint but these people disconnect the calls and do not help in any way. 3. I sent emails to service@makemytrip.com, but here also disappointed. It seems no one attends and replied to email complaints as well. Only automated replies comes and my issue remains unresolved. Please help me get my refund from MakeMyTrip.
