I had purchased a steamer recently, when I received it the product is defective I want to return it, their customer care number doesn`t work, it`s says will connect you to an advisor n it gets disconnected, and I have sent an email they telling they will escalate it and send pictures, and now they are not replying to my emails, I don`t know what to do, Order ID: 2462805
Hi Reena. As per our email, we have requested you to share the complete images of the product & product packaging/box so that we can arrange for the Reverse pickup. However, images of product packaging are yet to be received from your end. Kindly share the same so that we can arrange the pickup on priority basis. We have again sent the email on your registered email id regarding this.
