I purchased a Eureka forbes water purifier from vijay sales. While making the sales they did not provide complete information. We told them about the water quality and pressure at our house according to which they showed us 3 products in accordance to our needs. We selected one of them and were promised to get installation the very next day but it took them 3 days to send a representative for installation. We faced several problems while installation but after too much of arguments the company resolved it. Two days later the RO started showing service sign. We called them again so they could send an engineer. The engineer upon seeing the problem said that it is because of less pressure from the tank and whenever the main tank on the roof would have half water the RO would not work. We already told them that we get water supply only once a day at our residence. The company acted very reluctantly in solving the case and have now given no conclusions and repairs. We are now facing alot of problem due to this because we have a RO but no water.
