We bought LG WM T8081NEDLJ SILVER (7KG) on 26-01-2019 from vijay sales chembur. On 28-01-2019 we received damaged LG WM and same time we returned the damage pic. when I made a call on 30-01-2019 on 022-66227722 regarding delivery but they said they have not update about return damage pic delivery. My question is why it is not update in record? pls look into matter and do needful. Regards, Manjusha 9967018456
