Zomato - Cancelled by the delivery person and not refunding my amount

Sir yesterday I ordered food from Thali delights through the zomato application. My order number is 1658431661 and paid through the UPI. I don`t know why this happens only yesterday, the delivery person is blaming me that I am unable to reach so he cancelled my order himself and blamed me for it. I haven`t received any calls from anyone regarding my order I have sent my yesterday recent call logs through the email still they were blaming me for it. Now the zomato is taking full amount as penalties for the cancellation which is done by their own delivery person. They were not refunding any thing to me and i want my money because I slept starving the whole night. Regards to you Suraj singh
