Dear Zomato team, This email is to bring to your notice that the Subway order of 3 subs did not get delivered. I want a full refund for the same including the partner`s tip which had included upfront. There are a few suspicious activities also related to the delivery partner that I have noticed. 1. I approved his entry to the society at 10.05 pm and he left the society at 11.09 pm. What was he doing inside till then? See the image attached. He asked me which block and floor. I said 2nd floor, D block, D for Delhi. 2. I called him up to understand where he was, at 10.25 pm. You can check your Zomato call records. He said he is reaching my place (another dubious answer). I told him clearly that it is D Block 2nd floor, D for Delhi. 3. I called him up again at 10.35pm to see what he was up to. He said, 2nd floor mein de diya na? I asked him which block. He went silent since then 4. And he left the society at 11.09pm. Used the customer support chat but realized it is next to being useless. Please do not hassle the customers by having such dubious delivery partners. Also my society is very small. Any longest point to point is just 5 mins far. What was the partner doing inside for 60 mins. Zomato is not just cheating the customers but also putting ourselves at risk by employing these kind of dubious delivery partners. Regards Raveendran V.
