ZOMATO - Money not getting refund

I order food from Zomato With order number #1765123653. Suddenly approx half an hour i get notification as my order has been cancelled because customer was unreachable. I contacted Zomato support team and they said they won`t refund my money back as i didn`t pick the food. I contacted particular restaurant and they said food has been dispatched. I tried reaching delivery boy and delivery boy number was switched off. My question is i didn`t received the food, restaurant didn`t get the food back then where did the food go?? Why delivery boy number is switched off?? None if us have the food then why not they are giving my money back. It`s all fraud they never tried to contact me. Please look into it and help. This is the third time Zomato has cheated me. Once spoiled food, once wrong delivery not no food at all. And all these issues are back to back.
