I ordered food from Parrattha Ssinghh and it wasn`t delivered. After reaching out to customer service, they gave token of ₹57 and assured to serve better in future. Hence I ordered again from same place. I was assured over chat that my order is picked up and will be delivered by 11:46 am and was again cancelled. In both instances my money was deducted and was told to be returned in 7 days. Need to take action against Zomato for fooling me all the time, not delivering order after accepting order and giving me good will gesture amount of 57 rs every time to close the discussion with out adressing solution.
