ZOMATO - Refund denied

Hi Sir/Madam,I ordered food from ZOMATO an online food provider platform. My order has been placed from the restaurant I have chosen and it is confirmed same by the restaurant when i called them. But, the ZOMATO delivery boy didn`t deliver my order. When I talked to him, he just has told me order has been cancelled by zomato itself because they are not able to contact me. So food will be returned and You will get refund amount what you paid by zomato. When I contact zomato they are simply denying and not willing to refund my money which is 80 Indian rupees. I sent many mail but they didn`t response positively and customer support is worst. I lost my hope here they are simply cheating the customers. Please help me to get my own money back.Thanks
