I ordered from zomato on 7 may 2019 at 9 31 pm in evening. At 11 30 they sent me a message that your food is delivered but it was not. I tried to contact online support. But they replied me after 5 hours. Next day i tried to explain them the whole issue but they said u will be given your cashback for the food that was not delivered. We have forwarded the issue to the senior team. ANd asked me to wait for 24 hours after so much of explaining them over chat. I even weote a mail to order@zomato.com and at feedback@zomato.com but they dint reply me till date. Again i tried their online support but they again said we have forwarded the issue and they will return your money but they are neither Replying nor returning my money. Now i am left helpless. How can such a big company do this to its customers i am shocked. I have even mentioned in the email that i will post this on government authorities website but they are not even replying and returning my money. I even want to send you a copy of email that i have sent to zomato. I request you to kindly look into the matter cause and ask zomato why is it fooling and stealing customers money. People will loose trust in them. My order id is 1457828671
