durian - Durian furniture is not honoring there 5 year warranty.

I purchased this chair online form Papperfry and saler was durian. they provided a 5-year warranty on this chair but chair broke in just three months. since then they repaired it three times but it is braking every time form the same place. and now both papperfry and Durien both stop responding to the email or customer care chat or phone. This chair is of very poor quality and not at useable now....
